This is so similar to me as well, even though I'm set to 40/30/30. I almost always go a little over on carbs. I am also beginning to train for a half-marathon (date is 12/6). First one! .. any tips for me? How/why did you choose 53/17/30?

Try going at a slower rate (maybe 3.5) with an increased incline. Handrail support will decrease intensity, but you're just beginning - you will get better!

That pic was at my SW which was ~7lbs ago.. but ya you're right, my BF% may be higher (sad face lol) .. OK I will keep my GW at 115lbs for now. So more strength to retain lean mass and macros at 40/20/40 for fat loss, right? Thanks yal :)

Melonpaul: I adjusted my protein, fat & carbs to 40/20/40 and it gave me a closer reading of 151g, 34g, 151g. It is unfortunate that MFP only allows…
