I eat every 3 hours so it averages 6 or 7 meals/day. They are small meals and each one includes some form of protein. The meals are small or more like snacks. ie small apple and string cheese; a small salad; 3 laughing cow wedges with 15.Ritz crackers; a package of Green Giant broccoli & cheese, etc

12/8 --- 1 mile 12/9 --- 1 mile I have some issues walking however I pray to get more miles in per day as the month goes

K it is now time to do something to surprise your body. Come off of low carbing for a day and then go back to it. Hope this helps.

I am new to this site I am very interested in cycling for weight loss. I should be able to do 50 miles this month since the month is almost over. 8/190
