Height makes a big difference. Seems like every time a nurse weighs me, I politely bump the 50-pound-increment-thingy from 150 lbs to 200 lbs, then let them find the rest of my weight. The last time a male nurse weighed me, I completely took over. He thanked me. :laugh:

I am 6'1" and currently weigh ~227 lbs. I started MFP at around 250 lbs in January and was wearing VERY tight size 18 jeans and XXL tops. Now I wear snug, not too tight size 16 jeans and XL tops. Yoga is great for gaining strength and flexibility! You don't really have to buy anything, and there are numerous instructional videos on youtube.

I know what what you mean. I have no nearby friends who need to lose as much weight as me nor do I have any nearby friends who are tall like us. Oh well. At least we have this, a good tool to reach out to those with similar struggles. Have a good workout tomorrow!
