I did look at your diary and I noticed something- you do not eat enough fat. I only mention this because I noticed the same thing about myself when I started and once I upped my fat intake I lost weight really easily. Add some avocado, oil, butter or meats and cheeses with more fat.

Not to burst your bubbles guys but a vodka soda is not 60 calories. It is between 60 and 70 calories per ounce. A mixed drink has at least 1.5 ounces if not more. Think of it as 100 calories a drink. I always have vodka soda or wine.

I make myself a little "picnic" and eat it when I get to work. Hardboiled egg (80) Ounce of really good quality blue cheeese (100) 5 Carr's Table Crakers (70) Some berris or grapes (50) 300 calories. Since I used really potent stinky blue cheese a little is all you need and the high fat content keeps me satisfied.
