I live on their soy nuggets. Four of them are so filling and tasty and are only 120 calories. Sometimes if i need a snack and for just 30 calories i am full. My fiance loves them and he is def a meat and potatoes kind of guy. They taste nothing like other meatless nuggets, they are actually good.

I love them! But i must warn they are a little mushroomy and have a weird texture so they work best in asian soup based dishes and other asian dishes. My friend tried them with tomatoe sauce and cheese and she said Yuck!

It is delicious. I eat it cold when i get home from the gym. A small piece will really hold you over unitl dinner. You can buy a whole thing of tofu, rice and veggies, garlic, ginger, soy sauce for under $10 and it will give you 5 lunches. Eating healthy does not have to be expensive.

I get the really good maple syrup (from Vermont) and put just a drizzle on and it does not make me hungry, when i am out and use my boyfriends aunt jemima i am ravenous. Just get the good stuff and use a drizzle.

I was a fiber one fan for years until i learned it had fake sugar in it. Fake sugar makes some people (me included) starving. I now eat Puffins by Barbara's Bakery, they are all natural and come in lots of flavors. I like the way that they crunch too.

Not really a video but in NY (Timewarner cable) after channel 1000 is channels on demand for free. One is exercise on demand and they have tons of classes for free in all sorts of categories. Today i did a 10 min stretch class.
