:) It's not an excuse- it's a frustrating reason. I just switched pills today and I have been doing a lot of research and have accepted that I may gain a few during the switch. But- just because I have accepted it does not i relinquish my right to ***** about it. It's hard being a woman sometimes.

The salad says the chicken is "breaded" which likely means it is also fried. I would eat a small portion of what your really want while staying away from deep fried foods and burgers. I actually just changed my setting to track sodium instead of sugar. I eat pretty clean so most of my sugar comes either from stuff I know has sugar (desserts, honey) or fresh fruit. I would say do 30 minutes of weights and other strengthening exercises one day and cardio the next. Strenght training builds muscle so you burn fat all day and I think it is just as important as cardio. I don't think you can really get your heartrate up and burn those calories in under 30 minutes.

Because of the size, I suggest making individual pizzas to avoid overeating. I like making them on low carb flax pitas. I don't like low fat mozz so I use goat cheese, but that is just me. Eat it with a nice salad.

Not trying to burst your bubble- but where did you get that info. I know a bottle of red wine has about 25 ounces and depending on alcohol content has between 500-550 calories. A 5 oz glass has at least 100. Measure at home to get an idea what 5 oz looks like- I thought I was drinking 3.5 oz glasses but boy was I wrong!

8 rolls sounds like a lot, are you sure you do not mean 8 pieces. A normal (non-fried) roll has about 250 calories.
