I will also do a bulk again starting in August....hopefully I don't get sick and can make the weight stick around. You need to get some pics up I bet you look great...... I posted some pics on page 2 from today's session. What kind of dancing are you doing? I will try to get in here and post more..... :wink:

From today, @ 170.4 lbs. Prolly should do a few days of carb depletion, and then carb up to get a tighter look.

On a cut I do about 1.2 gr / pound of body weight for protein fat is about 0.35 - 0.4 gr Carbs make up rest of my calories. On a bulk, you can do fine w/ ~0.8 gr for protein.

Tried measuring my shoulders last night.....a tad over 48" around....so disappointing.

I have noticed and thought that as well.... But luckily a lot of friends on FB are into working out and lifting and stuff.....so I see more of that, than I do of what you see. :smile:

I have given up on flat bench at this point.....topped out around 255.....and now it just stresses my shoulder joints to much. I am working on incline bench.....so at 235 on him.....

I don't smoke myself....and I think it a disgusting habit....and it stinks. And having kissed someone who does smoke....ewwwww.....

I need to start doing this, so I can see my form....especially on squats. Hard to get a good idea on your form doing a squat and trying to watch in a mirror.

I am sure others will give ideas for workouts, but I am sure you can find stuff on youtube. Make sure you get your nutrition in order. You are looking to lose about 50 lbs, so if you manage ~2lbs a week, you are looking at 6 months. Make sure you are getting adequate protein and fat. Protein should be ~0.8 gr - 1.0 gr /…

Anything that allows you to have a good workout. I personally don't eat before my workout, only after.
