Yep. I would concur. Keep an eye on them macros

Take a look at the Quest macros.... Usually protein is around 20 gr Carbs around 20 (most of which is fiber) Fat is about 5 or 6 gr

If you ever feel adventurous, give the quest bars a try. I like the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and the S'mores.... I usually will heat them in a microwave for about 12 seconds, gets them soft... Macros are good for them... Good protein, min fat, and good fiber numbers

I usually stop eating around 8pm. Don't start eating again till post workout the next day which is usually after 1245 or 1pm. I have also been trying something new lately, after my workout, I do some fruit.... Wait a couple hours will have my protein and carb meal....maybe ~500 - 700 calories Then do something big later to…

Yes I do. Been doing IF Since August 2013 If I am in the mood for a candy bar I will do that.... I had half a pan of Brownies this past weekend...a double batch.... Felt awesome....just adjust my calories over the next few days to account for it.

I could eat at those places if I wanted....I can get something and make it work in my daily calories.... I just don't care for their food.... If I want a burger, I do Five Guys, with bacon. :wink: :laugh:

Take 3 or 4 entries and average it out? If in doubt, take the higher calorie entry....so if it is actually less (and your goal is to lose weight) then it benefits you.

What is your height? I went ahead and paid the $50 for a year for MFP, so I can set my macros how I want vs. what the website/app does....so your call on how you want to do it.... But just work out the numbers on paper and then set your goals here as close as possible to those numbers....

What are your stats? If you are skinny fat, you might do better to cut down for a bit before you start adding back in weight. My general rule of thumb regarding my macro settings are (for what I do for myself): Protein == 1.0 - 1.2 gr / pound of body weight Fat == 0.35 - 0.4 gr / pound of body weight. Carbs will vary…
