Fire 30 done! This is the first time I have done it and love it! Sadly I didn't have my HRM on so I had to estimate the calories.

Alright it is official, I am a stress eater! I guess I always kinda knew but this week has shown the evidence. I am being very pressured by my principal,in my opinion in an very unproffesional way, and I just could not stop eating cookies the last two days. I need to get things under control.

I was going to try to wake up early and do HIIT 20. Well I accidentally slept in and when I did finally woke up my butt is soooo sore. Looks like I'm doing it after work today. :smile:

How do you guys not wake up the whole house in the morning? I love mornings and I'm very productive but my boyfriend has to be at work after me and the living room is right outside our bedroom door. I have missed some workouts because I got too busy at night. I want to switch to mornings but don't know if it is possible.

I'm back!! My week from hell is over and even though I missed a day or so last week I'm going to make it up. I plan to reward my self at the end of this month if I have completed every work out.

What a week from hell!! >:) I was unable to complete my Turbo Fire Saturday so I took that as my rest day and completed my Fire 40 on Sunday. I logged mine under strength and didn't worry about the calories. I know some other people did things a little different though.

I was so busy Saturday I never got the time to do Fire 40. So I took Saturday as my rest day and just completed my day 9 Fire 40. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow morning. Why is it that Monday always comes so quick.

Day 7 done! My schedule told me to do LOW HIIT 20 so I missed out on the Fire 45.

Day 7 complete! Week 1 done! :D My boyfriend joined me and only lasted a couple minutes during AB 10. I loved it and it made me laugh.

Day 6 Done!! I didn't have a wonderful burn of calories but given that I have to put all of my effort into starting the DVD player, I would say I did pretty good. This working out 6 days a week thing is going to be lots harder than I thought.

Day 5 completed! Feeling a little better each day. :D Coach I teach math all Pre-algeba through Calculus. With all the standards it has been difficult but I still love the kids.

Fire Starter is 30 minutes long and it goes through and teaches all the important moves. Be Light I would love to do a stretch 40 (nap time) :) but again I don't have one of those.

Day 4 completed: Fire Started Class!! So much easier than the first day. :D I also got my first Heart Rate Monitor. I love it! Didn't really feel it and I was excited to see how much I burned.

Fire 40 kicked my butt this morning! I was not mentally prepared to last 40 minutes with Charlene. I agree with Coach I am looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and starting school on monday. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend ahead of them. :)

OMG I agree with you the stretch is so super boring. But last year when I tried Turbo Fire I quit because I hurt so bad. I think doing the stretch everyday will be horribly boring but hopefully keep me lose enough to keep going day after day.
