April update I have logged my food everyday! For the first week I didn't make any changes and just noticed trends. Thank you! I have d cided to not make any big changes until I track my "normal" eating for the first week. I want to learn what is causing my issues so I can make the correct adjustments. So far in the last two days it is obvious I need to lay off the sweets.

I am a breastfeeding mom of a 7 week cutie but am only aiming to lose one pound a week. I make sure I log breastfeeding as a 500 calorie activity and never go below 1800 calories as suggested on the website by the previous post.

Great to hear you continued to lose weight. I had heard from other people you kinda stopped losing weight after 6 weeks.
