Yes this is my first. I know that I will continue to lose weight while breastfeeding which is why I have put MFP on maintain until 6 weeks. I have a bad habit of thinking 'oh I'm gonna lose weight that means I get to eat more.' Breastfeeding or not eating a tub of cookie dough is not going to help me lose weight.

This is my first pregnancy and I have done good but in this last trimester gained alot. I'm trying to not gain 100 pounds. My OB has told me if I stay on my current track I will gain 50 pounds total. It is time to make some changes!

I am also on a 1200 calorie diet. It can get very difficult to find motivation each day. Please feel free to add me as a friend.

I feel the same way when I jog. I have just started listening to lose music do I can't hear anyone and I wear aa baggie T-shirt.

My goal is to stay under my calorie budget everyday between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then I figured that gave me the right to eat supper yummy food in Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I'm 5'4" and starting over on MFP. I lost 22 pounds the first time and felt amazing then a family tragedy happened and I need to lose again. I was aiming for 135 but after reading everyone's posts I think I might need to lower it. I will aim for 130.

My solution to desert is Outshine fruit bars. They are only about 35 calories and completely satisfy whatever my body is searching for after dinner.

I am in the same boat. I had a huge weight loss and loved it and now have gained about 7 pounds back. I am also a teacher and start school again tomorrow. I am actually better during the school year because I have a routine and structure. During the summer it is a food free for all. I'm going to go with riffraff2112's…

Thank you for the suggestion of a virtual run. Do you know of any that come with a shirt? Most of the ones I have found only have metals and I have no need for one of those.

Yeah!! I completed my goals this week (almost). I logged my food each day and did 4 days or my C25K program. I have found a beginners guide for girls lifting heavy weights. I am currently reading the book and hoping I will do my first day today. Do any other girls here lift heavy weights?

Completed my first morning turbo! I really liked it but don't think I burned as much since the sound was off. It is hard yo get pumped up when she isn't yelling positive things at you. I'll be back tonight to report I've done HITT 25 (I'm doubling up to make up for missed days.)
