Jan 18. Today was my rest day. I went over my calorie goal by 100 today but thats because i didn't work out. I honestly wanted to work out and felt the drive to but I think my body needs one day off a week. Im back to the gym in the morning.

I am eating some back, not all, but some. My calorie baseline says like 1500 calories or something crazy low for my body. I think 2300 to 2500 would be alright for me. I will monitor how things go and make adjustments if needed. I am using a wahoo chest hrm to calculate workout calories burned.

Well after diner yesterday I was stuffed but I still wanted junkfood. I can eat a carton of ice cream or a whole pizza at a time, just stuff myself. yes I am trying to eat healthy foods so I am denying myself junk and fast food.

I just can't do this. ive gained 2.2 lbs since the start of this. Im thinking just eating what I want would be less calories than eating healthing all day and then bingeing. It has to be less calories since im gaining now. I feel like giving up, again.
