  • Thanks for the advice everyone.............i didn't eat anything at all Tuesday and kept up my fluids as much as i could. The only good thing was i lost another 1.3kgs.........but i know i will put it back on. :smile: :smile:

  • hmmmmmmmm trainers do work you hard and for the first few times in my opinion they should take it a bit easier till you get used to it. maybe you should buy a pedometer and then you can keep an eye on how far you go......... keep it up and your no way a failure!!! your doing good.............but just take it slow and…
