This is my favorite! -2 cups baby spinach -1 cup frozen strawberries -3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk -1 Tbsp honey -1/2 fat free Greek vanilla yogurt Around 200 calories and very filling!

Hello hot mamas! I have been MIA, so has my energy! Two weeks ago I weighed in at 224. For the last two weeks (including today) I have been at 225.5...I wish I had the energy to workout because I think that would help with the weight gain. Oh well! Looks like all of you are doing a great job, congrats!!

Great job on burning so many calories girls! I am happy to burn 1,000 calories for the week (thanks to walking at work). I am getting more energy (I actually find that the more I walk, the more energy I have)! I just have a hard time working out when I get home - not enough time during the day! :wink:

Ugh - gained yet another 2 lbs! I am constantly hungry, but am doing my best to make good food choices. I think it's because I have been so tired that my workouts have slacked off 100%. Well my starting weight on 7/11 was 222 - back where I started for the first Mommy challenge! Oh well, going to try and maintain this number for awhile! I have my first ultrasound tomorrow. Please keep your fingers crossed for me that we see a baby and healthy, strong heartbeat! Good luck hot Mama's! :happy:

Thanks Amanda! My OB told me I could eat between 1,200-1,500 calories a day and to continue walking. I have increased my calories to closer to the 1,300 mark. I am still walking but think I need to slow it down a bit. I think the walking I am doing is helping with the fatigue!

I agree with makeupartists about going for walks. My husband works for an NHL team so is BUSY October - April. When he is working (which is almost everyday), I do the treadmill after Brayden goes to bed. I know you don't have a treadmill so that won't help. But, when it's nice out (we live in MN) we go for really long…

Good morning Mamas! I will need to take my measurements later, but my starting weight is 222. I hope chasing after my almost 17 month old will help in the weight loss journey! I plan to do lots of walking!
