I'm 66kg (145lbs) and want to get down to 60kg (132lbs) but I am not overly obsessed with the end goal because I'm pretty sure I just recently put on 2kg of muscle anyway. I'm not sure if I am deluding myself to think that's a good weight but I am doing it all the healthy way.

Some times it's not just as simple as calories in/calories out, it may be that you have a serious hormonal imbalance that needs addressing which would make sense after a miscarriage, all those pregnancy hormones (a lot of progesterone) and then a major drop off will leave you with high estrogen which is the usual culprit…
