I started two days ago I have fit test done and day 1 onto my 3rd one tonight! I am so sore and have my circuit class tonight too so dreading it lol!! But it gets great results

I started doing couch to 5 k and at first the 60seconds killed me to run!!! I am now up to 5 min runs!

I am in too starting couch to 5 k and do two other exercise classes which have runs as warm up :) not sure of distance I do with the classes though :/ usually 15 mins running in each?

I have made them twice once with just eggs and banana, I found them a bit to sweet next time I added raisins and oatmeal. I thought they were lovely

I dont think your eatting near enough food for the levels of exercise your doing and just in general.
