I'm back again also. When I get in the mindset to work out and eat healthy, I'm there, doing it. But when I'm not there, I'm like a drug addict when it comes to food. Hang in there. You have lots of us behind you. We will have good days and bad days but never give up. It's a journey.

Had an injury and gained back most of my weight. I need to lose at least 50 and I need all the help I can get. I was running everyday and felt so good and now after the weight gain can barely walk across the room. Fighting plantar faschitis so right now running is out.

I love the Mcdonalds smoothie and for me it's not only good but it's so convenient. It just works for me. I always have a hard time reaching calories and that a boost first thing in the morning toward my calorie goal.
