If I could learn to cook veggies and tofu the way some restaurants can I would total go Vegan :) I am not a huge meat person as it is unless its some special dish, but at the same time I just don't know how to get protein from veggies and nuts in a way that I could stomach it you know, if that makes sense haha

You are pretty tall, but that weight would look very nice. I would say do not calorie restrict yourself because if you are burning 400 calories and only eating 700 max your really only taking in 200-300 calories and that isn't enough to keep a new born alive or sustained let alone a woman who is 5'8 and an adult. I think it really is all about calories in<calories out however like many have said it isn't ideal, and fast food is usually pretty heavy. So it makes you feel like crap later in the day. Don't deprive yourself though because that will just lead to binge eating. Have a big mac if you want, hell have a hamburger. Go light…

Thank you all for the advice... I am going to take it baby steps I have really cut back.... 1-2 cups a day and maybe a hot cocoa during the evening... and I pushing the water... at least 3-4 16.9 FL OZ a day.... to start... :)
