I am going through the "No Motivation Bug" right now and mainly because stress is killing me. When I started I lost about 20lbs from my initial weight. In december I was 139lbs..... now I am 160lbs and counting... I wasn't always on the heavier side (I am 5'2") I use to be 105lbs and at my heaviest 9 months pregnant…

Waist training will in fact over a long period of time change the structure of your rib cage and the positioning of your organs. Long term I don't feel it is safe. Now if you are doing light/moderate exercise walking or fast walking and want to wear it that shouldn't be too bad and it can help guide weight loss ... but it…

I try to stay away from animal products as a personal choice but I mean a good burger is good, milk in my coffee *there is no greater pleasure* but... when I see videos of how they treat animals that produce all the things we love it makes me sick... we have become so inhumane.

That is not a cougar? I am 23 and I am not anywhere near a cougar.. I'd say a cougar is 40+

I also tried raw vegan as I am not a huge meat eater, and it failed. I not only became extremely carnivorous... craving meats... it made me binge, and I was not full... even on 2-3000 calories a day of fruits and veggies.

How do you eat TDEE-20% ? I know my TDEE but donno how to calculate right now I eat 1450 cals a day without exercise and about 16-1700 with...

I don't think there is any specific way of knowing its fat like others said, but by taking measurements, and seeing significant dropping of inches you will know a small amount of that probably is fat :)

I did T25 before back in October. I lost about 8 inches but didn't really lose to much weight maybe 2lbs which I am sure were water weight. Looking at your diary, I would eat more food, take less supplements (unless you have a dificiency and stay away from anything that comes in a box or package! You might see amazing…

So you're saying you don't like them because of the "possible" ulterior motive behind what they are saying? I am confused have you ever tried any of the programs? IMO - shakeology is a waste of $ , but their work outs have excellent results for many if not all people who stick to it. I have t25 and when I first tried…

Well :noway: 5'2" is so much more awesome. We're fun sized (I mean this light hearted-ly)

This really helped, thank you!

Thanks all. My struggle has been consistancy. Mainly. I don't generally eat bad, I usually just don't eat and get calories from coffee... or redbull I know bad. I stopped doing that about 6 months ago. I try to take it easy on the caffiene in general. I've just noticed that this last lose, then gain was significant, not…

I meant visually. Scale doesn't matter to be because being a woman weight flucuates, I try to take measurements more often as those help me feel better motivated. I just meant like when did you really notice "wow I look different, not just smaller but your body looked defined, fit, tight etc.

I am a proud member of the itty bitty titty commity and I am probably largea, small b.. very small b... I don't have the issue of it hurting when I run and I run vigorously. However it hurts whenever I do anything involving working the chest area, and then run... ? dont know if this helps

If you ever get in a cottage cheese bind, top it with sliced strawberries or peaches (you can use canned if you really want) it is amazing.

thanks! :)

I am sure I could link some things.... honestly diet anything is lying to yourself. If you are going to have something, HAVE it. Don't half *kitten* it. IMO.. all the unatural sweeteners they use and additives don't seem all that great for my body personally... and honestly it tastes like crap

You sound like me, althought I don't love fish or have to eat it, and I don't like eggs really at all unless its an egg salad sandwich ew! but yum. I would suggest using the magic bullet. Don't have to juice, unless you really wanna. I blend everything, and I just have the cheapy ninja. If you do not buy organic (there is…

1200 cals plus exercise you should eat those cals back if you arent feeling optimal. You could have natural sugars from fruits!! :)

I am curious to see what everyone has to say... should be interesting

I also stay at my caloric goal every day of 1450cals after exercise :) so Idk, maybe it really depends on exercise. I don't believe that she can do no exercise and be that lean. Maybe she lies about that!! I also dont believe you can eat potatoes in excess either... but bananas at the stage she eats them are easier to…

I actually take in about 17-2000 calories a day. When I eat bananas. But I also burn about 3-400cals in work outs plus drink about 3 liters of water a day if not more.. I've lost about 2-3lbs of water weight. I haven't noticed much significant anything but I am only trying this out. Not long term.... we'll see don't knock…
-
So I actually started this about 3 days ago. I don't however eat 51 bananas. That is excessive. Glad she can do it! I eat about 10-15, my reasoning is that I make really poor food choices a lot.. and I also eat things that have little to no calories. They are good for me, but... just not filling nor do they sustain me…
