Thanks! Very helpful. I am debating... what if I want somethings... vegetarianism may work out better but, I am curious if veganism will help me in a *healthful* way based on past experiences with eating certain foods. If it doesn't work I am not an extremist Ill do what feels right...

I was going to say.... I think eating blood is weird. A little sadistic IMO but that is just me, I tried blood pudding once and it was the most repulsive looking and smelling thing. If he finds you attractive at 95lbs and at 5'6" and you are healthy which I highly doubt because my mom is 5'5" and 95lbs and she is anorexic and suffers from a horrible eating dissorder. I think when you reach maintenance, you should continue to reward yourself. You are right that is the hardest. Because its so easy to think "ive reached my destination" only to realize that there is no end to a weightloss journey. It is internal, and mainly emotional but rewarding yourself and your discipline is important.

Love this idea! I had this in mind I was thinking when I lose 5lbs I'll get myself a HRM and then maybe at 10lbs all new work out clothes... and so on an so on. Keep me motivated and working out. At the end I am doing a total makeover. Hair, Clothes etc. but that will come last.

I know for a fact you cannot target weight you lose it from your feet up and your head down, until you meet in the middle and abdominal, and back fat is LAST TO GO... however I think loose skin goes away with conditioning and toning... also not losing weight to quickly... like don't drop 20lbs in one month kind of thing..…
