I am glad you found this site, using it is the only way I have been able to lose weight, I get lazy and my calorie intake always gets out of hand. This gets me back to reality, and with the breakdown of proteins and fats and carbs.

I think you can tell the MFP how many lbs you want to loose each week and it will tell you how many calories you need each day to reach that goal.
