  • Just remember this should not only be about losing weight and reaching some goal weight but rather about getting yourself fit and into a healthy lifestyle with exercise and good eating habits. You can lose weight and be at your goal weight but still be unhealthy.

  • This is really up to you and your own personal preference. There's no right or wrong answer here. I myself log everything on the day in which the food was consumed/exercise performed. I don't really think it matters so long as you do log it. As one other poster said I try to concentrate more on my overall weekly goal.
