This post is making me feel so much better! I did not "finish" somethign but mind was more like random picking today. 3 blue bunny ice cream bars, a fudge round, salsbury steak, I forget what else.

My vent today is .......my husband brining crap foods into the house when he knows I'm trying to lose weight! He's done this like twice this week. Yes, I know I need to say no and walk away but it's just so rude! That would be like me having a cigarette in front of him when he's trying to smoke.

Could this be water weight gain as in pre-menstrual? Also how is your sodium intake? That can cause problems as well. Don't give up. Your not the only one having this issue, ask me how I know?

I think it's important to be honest and for myself I do log bad days to show accountablity. For instance today I ate pretty much nothing but crap but stayed up later to burn off more calories. I coud see in black and white what I needed to do. If I went over by thousands of calories, then I was still log it but just start…

I would only worry if it starts to effect your health negatively. I was once told (many years ago) that 110 pounds would be a good weight for me but I felt more comfortable at 105. A few pounds can really make a difference to how you feel about yourself.

I have a puppy who is humungous! She is 8 months old and I love her but she's turned my life upside down. I have to sleep on the couch so she doesn't mess on the floor from seperation anxiety. My goals 1. stay under my calorie allotment for the day each day 2. drink 8 cups of water 3. don't stress eat 4. make an effort to log my food intake honestly even on bad days

You must forgive yourself and keep trying . We all have bad days. I'm havng so much party mix today! I just keep eating it......then my son didn't want the rest of his so he game me his. Carbohydrates are very hard for me to stay away from. Trust me, your not alone on this! Just keep on keeping on. You can do it!

Nothing tastes as good as real sugar. Sigh I'm missing it. I've been using Sugar Twin or Sweet & Low in my coffee.
