half my weight in water?
Yikes! I went to the doctors today and she told me I should be drinking half my weight in water! I'd be in the bathroom 24/7 if I ever drank that much! How do you drink enough in a day?

How do you deal with rude comments or people thinking that your not doing enough weather here or in real life?

Can someone explain to me how this works? Why does the body view sodium as poison and retain water? I could eat anything at all until that one day.

What is okay for coffee sweetener?
I've been using Splenda but worry about the chemicals in it. Today I was forced to use sugar and feel so guilty! What is a safe and calorie free or low calorie alternative to sugar to sweeten coffee or tea?

dysmetabolic syndrome x and high blood pressure
I went to the doctors yesterday and got those 2 things written as a diagnosis. This syndrome is nothing new but I thought it was just called pre-diabetes. I think it's the same thing? I also got back xrays to see what's going on with my neck and back. The good news is I lost 4 pounds since my appointment in January!

Eating once a day?

craving sweets first thing in morning
Lately I seem to grab anything sweet when I first get up. It's an awful habit. I think it's stress eating. How can I handle this? Does anyone else have this problem? My doctor is checking me for diabetes. Diabetes or not I still need to change this awful habit.

I have trouble with emotional over eating. I eat even when I'm not hungry. Does anyone else have this problem? How have you dealt with it? Were you able to lose weight?

logging in is so time consuming
I am just not sure that I want to continue this route. I find that I'm avoiding logging in food, exercise, etc because it's so time consuming! How does everybody else handle this? I would literally be logging in maybe 10 or more times a day and that's too much.

how do I log puppy's play date?
I was outiside walking through snow and all but not walking the whole time. We were outside and I was on my feet for 2 hours but not in motion the whole time if that makes sensse. How do I log that? I was walking but not constantly.
