I was outiside walking through snow and all but not walking the whole time. We were outside and I was on my feet for 2 hours but not in motion the whole time if that makes sensse. How do I log that? I was walking but not constantly.

I would log it as one hour of 'walking, brisk pace, dog walking.' I've learned that you have to improvise a bit, and it's worked for me.0

I usually log my walking time with my dog as "3.0 dog walking pace" for the entire amount of time I was walking him. Sometimes we are on a roll and we keep moving, other times it's more of a "sniff" than a "walk". It balances out. If we are at the dog park, I log 3.0 for half of the time I was there with him since I'm not on the move the entire time with him. Hope that makes sense! Enjoy your puppy!0

I log dog walks as 3.0 brisk walk, Usually 40-50 minutes on off days.0
