LOVE skinny taste recipes!!! :) I used to eat out 2-3x a day EVERYday so when i started eating clean it averaged a little cheaper i agree that the "eating healthy is expensive" saying is a MYTH especially for someone that once spent roughly 20 bucks a day on fast food.... eating out fast food is WAY way more expensive!!

I entirely agree. It's a purely personal thing. I weigh every day, and log my weight every day. It hasn't made me obsessive. It's made me observant and in tune with my body. ^^^THIS!!

Ive lost close to 50 inches total in my measurements for my stomach started out at a 44 in my waist and now currently at a 37 waist my main pic shows my before and current pics :) it did take a few months before i could really start seeing it but for me my mid section and thighs are my hardest thing to lose the quickest…

thats what i am doing NOW is the counting calories working out 4 days aweek and trying to eat clean but I was just curious about others experiences!! i think what i am doing seems to be working BEST FOR ME!! just wanted input of others experiences
