Jajaja, probably Nutty indeed, I was doing 28 miles on road and 20 off road! plus 30-60 minutes of cardio at gym. plus weights for 4x a week. It is hard to do less, I am always competing with yesterday. I will back off and stick to 1 hour a day of cardio for a couple of weeks. should I eat back the calories?

nicely done, I went RAW and my glucose, pressure and cholesterol all got fixed, even at 6 eggs and bacon a day! grains are the worst for me together with sugars!

I am new to this forum, but been doing keto for a while. look like you need to change your macros, go into "goals", then "change goals" and then choose "custom". I have mine set to 5% carbs, 40% protein and 55% fat. as far as your diary, your carbs look OK! Good luck and welcome!
