I did my first double unders today! Did them before the WOD, then did 30 in the WOD. One at a time, but 30!! So excited!!!

Usually when my lower back hurts after lifting, it's not really my back. It's usually my glutes or hamstrings. Foam roller and massage are the best to stretch both.

Today was fun...love Tabata's: 20 sec work 10 sec rest 8 Rounds Row (cals) Flash Push-Ups Double-Unders Russian Twist (14 lb med ball) Still can't do double-unders, so did singles. 590 total reps. Cash out was a max handstand hold. Did my 1st handstand ever!! Great day!

I started with about 80% Paleo in January then did the Whole 30 Challenge in Feb. I now eat Paleo 100% of the time because I feel so much better. I was eating constanty and not really losing weight until I started eating Paleo. Since January 1 I've lost 19 lbs and I'm not hungry all of the time.

Protein bars are great for adding calories and energy. My personal fave is the Balance Bar, especially Chocolate Craze. Celebrate every milestone...a weight loss (even .1 lbs), maintaining your weight...you won't lose every week, drinking all of your water, a great workout...just don't celebrate with food and you'll reach your goal!

Baking fish is the easiest "good for you" thing to do. I bake mine pretty much the same way, but on 375 for 12 minutes. Salmon can be baked the same way.
