Wow you look amazing. If i didnt know i would never have guessed you are the same person. Such an inspiration to everyone on here, esp those of use who need to lose half their body weight. I can only hope i look half as good as you when i get there xxx

I totally had the same thing last weekend, really didn't care too much about what I ate just made sure it wasn't silly stuff and I lost 1.5 pounds, where as have been struggling to get any loss the last few weeks being super strict! Just proves you don't have to be a superwoman or man to do it!

It definitely depends on how big you are and how fit, I know I burn more than most of my friends because I still weigh a lot. I would recommend HRM's as mfp doesn't get it right at all! Best burns for me tend to be Zumba or high intensity aerobics.

Love the Graze box snacks and muller light yoghurts. Can be really hard to find something decent for that little cals though!

I'm 5'11 and prob aiming for around 175 which is top end of my ideal weight, however I have a large frame so anything under 200lb will be great. Don't think I've been under 210 since I was about 15!!

It sounds to me like you may have cut your cals too much, if you go online and look into your BMR that will tell you how many cals a day you burn and give more of an idea of what you should be eating. 100% agree you are eating too much salt and not enough vegs etc and would also say you need to drink more water as that…

Great post, whilst I don't agree with eating 1200 or less for a quick loss I do agree that some people like yourself have different needs etc. well done for standing your ground and showing that nobody has a right to comment on anyone's choices as they don't know their situation. I hope you get to your goal weight this…

I would def agree with the maintaining a good deficit and also keep your NET cals over 1000 wherever you can. It all depends what works for you tho. I'm not perfect but I have sent you a friend request, please feel free to accept xx

Hi, I am in the same boat, ideally need to lose 130-140, it is really hard esp when you struggle with money. if you need any help people on here are normaly great, just try to take it one day at a time and i am sure you will get there.xx
