Hello All, My goal this month is to lose 2lbs every week-no excuse and to get in some form of exercise at least 3 times a week, even if it includes making myself get up from my desk at work and walking around the building a few times.

Hello Everyone, Back again as well, hopefully we can all just be a source of encouragement to each other! Definitely add me to your list I am going to try to make it a goal of checking in everyday. I want to lose approximately 70lbs. My short term goal is 7 over the next 5 weeks.
