Check out youtube vids too - there are a lot of P90X modifications you can do too that will still give you the burn you need :)

I have big tummy problems too with P90X. Just do as much as you can, you will notice everyhting getting smaller pretty quickly as long as you are eating clean and sticking to a good diet. It will get easier as you go along, adding more cardio in the beginning will help too. I know this from personal experience.

3500 calories = 1 pound lost. Look over you total calorie deficit for the week. If it is less than 3500, you will not see any weight lost. That should answer your question. Good luck to you!

I use a pea powder blend. It's called Plant Fusion and yes it does help with cravings immensely! The vanilla and chocolate are both good, but I prefer the vanilla better.

I use this too! Great as a shampoo 2x week, face and body moisturizer! I also do skin brushing, which helps to stimulate the skin. It helps to quicken skin regeneration as well as remove toxins from the body. Biotin for my hair and henna instead of traditional hair dyes.

Not all food weighs the same. There is a difference between solids, liquids, sauces, etc. But, here is a guide to help you out. g = grams tsp = teaspoon tbs = tablespoon oz = ounce 1 oz = 28 g. 2 tbs roughly = 1oz. 6 tsp roughly = 1oz 1/4 cup is 4 tbs, so, roughly 2 oz. 1/2 cup is 8 tbs, etc Hope this helps :)

If you really think about this for a minute. After you change your eating habits and consume more veggies/fruits/lean proteins and eat less/sugar/refined carbs/salty/processed foods; you notice that the food never really tasted that good in the first place. It's the additives that are in the foods that make you crave it…

Hi, I have done water fasting before and I will tell you, it is not for everyone. The first fast I did was for 3 days. This was very hard as I love to eat, but I made it throug just fine. Then, I did 7 days, again with no problems. The third fast was for 21 days. I made it to day 19 and became very sick from the toxins…

I am going to be doing both. I do cardio workouts on the elliptical and treadmill at the gym simply because it is cheaper than buying the equipment. I am also doing a home workout program right now. I go to the gym before work and do my workout at home after the kids go to bed for the night :)

So, my journey is going to start tommorow. My short term goal is to lose 30 lbs in 3 months. That's 10 lbs a month, 2.5 lbs a week. I will be doing 1 hour of cardio x 6 days a week. In addition, I will be doing the classic version of P90X, x 6 days a week. I will be eating between 1200-1500 calories, with day a week to…
