I agree - individual portions of nuts,a jar of peanut butter ( almond butter has less carbs ) + a spoon ;) protein bars. You could also consider buying for example Philadelphia cheese and keeping it in your room . My average is 750 kcal a day . For the past 5 days I have eaten less than 5 grams of carbs per day. I feel fine, not dizzy or anything, I'm on holidays so I stay at home all day. I workout every second day ( weights+ cardio) . Do I eat too little ? Am I not losing weight because my body is in starvation mode?

Mine is in September 2014 but I havent tried a single wedding gown yet. That would be too....dramatic. All the shops in here ( Italy) have only very small sample dresses so I want to avoid at any cost any embarrassment :(
