Take it!!! Thoe are great results... I lost over 100lbs and really don't remember seeing a significant change with my first 20lbs. Your clothes will begin to get loose, if not already. Keep going! The physical fruit of your labor is coming. The internal fruit is already making it's way to the forefront. You've got this.…

Congratulations!!! You ook great. I loved your comment "long lasting success comes from being able to eat what you want in moderation". That's KEY... if people could understand that, they will be well on their way. Keep up the Grand work... it's a lifestyle not an event. ;0)

Can't give a comparison for thers, but I have the FT7 series and I love it! Easy set-up and very user friendly. I'd check the reviews on others... This is how I came to purchase the FT7 the reviews alone sold me... and there were tons. BTW , it's on sale at Best Buy for $99.99.

Anything cardio.... running, spinning, the arc trainer, mountain sliders, mountain climbers and the stair machine. I also love planks and push-ups

Yay for you!!1 Nothing like the first... It all depends onthe course... I ran my first in2:30 give or take, the first 9miles were flat and my time was around 11minute pace. However, there were steep inclines at the end which slows you down on top of already running 10miles. So, look at the course map and train accordingly…
