For cardio~ Group Step ( I teach it because I love it so much!) and running. Fairly new to running. I love it like I love step aerobics! Always a challenge. : )
I like flipping big *kitten* tires.
    Kettle bell stuff I like.
HATE pull ups. Make me feel like a weakling.
  • Beach running. Running in the sand will hit muscles you never thought you had

I enjoy the more primitive forms of exercise.... *waggles eyebrows" haha

Actually, I like really straight forward aerobics (i.e. Tae Bo or Jillian Michaels type stuff). Otherwise, I like running and the elliptical. :)

Turbo Jam is my main squeeze. Jillian comes in 2nd.
  • Definitely the elliptical. And hours of walking with your iPod or with friends doesn't go a miss either.

    I haven't tried very much though. D:

Dance is super fun. I enjoy my elliptical, too. And swimming's the best thing to do everrrr during the summer.

But, I exercise 5 times weekly. Treadmill 30 min incline at 50% 15 mils minutes. Spin class at the gym or the stair master. Short weight routine and of course abd work.

Zumba. There is nothing as much fun as Zumba. Nothing. I'd probably do it even it only burned a few calories. But I lost weight faster with Zumba than with anything else I've tried, except for running. But running is not fun.

Ditch the workout, join the party!!

    AGREED!

    Yah Baby!! Love Zumba!

The best endorphin rush of all...RUNNING HILLS !!!
I'm getting ready to do another Warrior Dash and will be running a LOT of hills in the next few months. I always get such a huge feeling of accomplishment when I get to the top of each hill...that's why I like doing them so much. They're hard to do, yes ,
but the effort is alwayswell worth the reward.
