Thanks!!! This is helpful to know... I was worried that maybe I injured myself.... Right now on TTh, strength training is focused on upper body - but yesterday I did end up running for 20 mins during warm-up - not sure if it had anything to do with the pain..

Some days are good... some days are bad... today was a bad day for me - I had a large cookie in the afternoon and it nearly ruined my day... I did work out a little bit so that I could eat dinner.... Hopefully tomorrow will be a good day :flowerforyou:

I love this thread... it's so inspirational for me - it's really gotten me motivated... :flowerforyou: I just got back from a 20 min power walk with my co-worker, and I am going to taken another 15 min walk in the afternoon :smile:

I agree with the post above ^^^ I just finished the C25K program a month ago... but half way through it I had trouble getting to the next week. I thought I was running pretty slow at 5mph, but I had to slow down even more. I finished the program while jogging at 4.5mph... and now I am slowly working to increase my speed…

I just finished the C25K last week, and it feels great to get thru it... I started from barely being able to run 90 seconds - to now being able to go for 30 mins at 4.5 mph without stopping... I am now working on increasing my speed - I want to be able to run 30 mins at 6 mph (i.e. 10 min mile)... :smile: I log on daily…
