My goals are: to loose weight, to build stamina and to get stronger I have had a couple of sessions with a trainer and I like them so far. I have a Fitbit Charge HR and I've been wearing it for almost 2 years now. I wear it only because it's the easiest way to track activity needed for the insurance discount from my company. I HATE WEARING IT and I wish I didn't have to. It's annoying to say the least.

Try it... and you may surprise yourself!! If you find getting out of breath, just slow down a little. Also, I recommend repeating weeks until you're comfortable moving on. That's what I did - the last few weeks I repeated once or twice, but in the end I finished the C25K program and started running 10-12 miles/week.

Thanks everyone!!! By no means was last week the perfect week, but it definitely helped to get things started... and even though I didn't log this weekend, I didn't go totally overboard either :smile: I'm looking forward to this week now and determined to make it better then my last week :wink:

I had my Vit D checked last year and I was deficient - I do take one Vit D every night. The last few weeks I've not been able to work out regularly, but I started back up this week - I usually go to the gym M-F before work.

I think I am eating enough... in fact, this week I've actually been eating too much because I've been feeling extra hungry - my diary is open, in case you have any suggestions...

Congrats!! I did the C25K earlier this summer and really enjoyed it... Question about this app - how does it work? do you need a HRM for the app to know that you're running? I've been wanting to increase my distance and speed and I think this might be the way to do it.... any thoughts? comments?
