I know they're not great. The problem is in all the sodium. I lost weight eating them though. You're not supposed to lose weight when you drink diet soda either but I did. I get the prepackaged meals because they're fast and easy.

Before you go on medication, you might want to check out "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr. Have you used Wellbutrin before? I took it for about 2 weeks one time and began throwing stuff. My husband, my son, and I all had that reaction to it.

I think you'd be better off setting your lifestyle as lightly active and just adding exercise you set out to do in your exercise journal. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day too. That's what I did with mine and it works for me.

Bless your heart honey. I think the thing that has saved me is exercise. Have you found any activity that makes you feel good? I am addicted to it. I don't drown my problems in food or in cigarettes anymore. If I'm stressed out, I just blare the music and dance. Endorphins feel so darned good and they're healthy! Good luck…

Thank you so much. This is a nice tool to have. My BMI is good and my body fat percentage is low, but I still felt I was a little thick around just the middle part of my body. This shows me at .83 so I have a little bit further to go there. It's nice to know I now have a new way to gage just that part of my body.

You sweat a pound of water out of your body. That happens to me too. You didn't actually lose a pound, you just got rid of a pound of water.

You might want to talk to your doctor. I was exhausted like that last year and had a Vitamin D deficiency. I'm doing much better now.

If I'm having trouble meeting my goals, I usually add peanut butter, milk, and/or fruit. It's pretty easy to get to my calories that way.

I don't know how much it is but I used to have a higher metabolism at that time. I would just eat slightly more than usual and did most of my losing during my TOM.

It's not going to be hard. Smoking is hard. Being a non-smoker is the most natural thing in the world.

I'm not the best when it comes to sodium intake. I do notice that my weight is usually higher after days of higher sodium intake. Usually a day of drinking lots of water and tea with lemon will get rid of it.

I wouldn't. I usually had one cheat meal a week and ate food from home the rest of the time. I don't always get fast food for my cheat meal though. I generally get something a little healthier.

It doesn't sound like you're going over on the carb limit. You might just try eating them earlier in the day.

Well, if you're new to exercise and then suddenly doing a lot of it, your body could be holding on to the weight for dear life. You could try either increasing your calories or decreasing your exercise.

I agree with the above poster. You need to shoot for no less than 1200 calories but I usually try to limit my carbs at dinner. Over the last few years, I've noticed that I can only lose if I don't eat many carbs after a certain time of day.
