That's wonderful. You are an inspiration to all of us!

It shouldn't damage your weight loss as long as you're eating at least 1200 cals a day.
-
Ok yeah I don't see how anyone could do that diet long term. I think you're probably better off using MFP and eating real food to lose weight. Good luck to you.

I started with Richard Simmons videos. They're fun and the moves are easy. You can also do them at home by yourself which is a big plus. Just get moving with something you love and you'll be hooked. I am currently into Zumba pretty heavily. I get really hot and sweaty doing it but it's so fun I don't care. :)

You work out every day? The first thing I would try is taking off 1 or 2 days a week. If I work out too much, I can feel the extra water in my body.
-
I usually just have a little chocolate when I want it. If I'm craving something salty, I try to stick with popcorn because it's not as bad for you as chips. I also have an instant coffee drink, a flavored yogurt, or a hot chocolate if I'm craving sweet.

Yes but make sure you're really burning 800 at the gym. When I work really hard at the gym, I burn less than 600. I eat those back and I do lose weight.
-
Wow you're really cute. You were pretty before but the weight loss makes you look like a teenager.

My knees protest if I try to work out every single day. Rest days are important. I do 1-2 days of rest every week.

I find I do this to myself. I eat well and exercise all week. Then I "reward" myself by blowing it on the weekends. Usually when I'm sick of my weight yo-yoing. I'll be good for 2 weeks straight (including weekends) and my weight will come down again.

We go through ups and downs in this process. I haven't lost for a couple of months now because I quit smoking and wasn't all that motivated to eat healthy. Just take a walk or do something small that gives you stress relief. You have the blues right now and that's normal. Be patient with yourself. If you need to go on…

I usually have an instant coffee drink with just the right amount of sweet after my dinner. I also have sugar free candies that have about 10 calories each in them that helps with that sweet craving. One thing you need to really train yourself to do is only eat when you're hungry. Recognize the difference between hunger…

I think the thing we need to realize is that reaching our goal doesn't mean we're going to look like a supermodel. Our bodies are not going to be perfect. I've had to really work with myself about comparing myself to the youngins at the gym. I look at someone with a perfectly flat stomach and I notice how very skinny she…

Spread your calories out through the day. Eating every few hours and exercising most days has made my metabolism pretty efficient.
-
Can you swim?
-
I had that problem. I never want to under my 1200 cuz it's not good for me. I usually just add a little walk and go slightly over 1200.
-
My legs to about mid thigh. They're perfect. I'm hoping the upper thighs will fall in line with the rest of my legs. My whole shape has gotten much better though. I'm not perfect but i'm definitely a work in progress.

Yeah it's happened to me a few times. I try to enter my food before I eat it. I still fudge every now and then and eat something without looking it up.
-
I started out with home dvds and walking. Then I got more and more in shape and began jogging. Now I Zumba, Power pump, and run on the treadmill. As I get used to the exercise, I find I'm not really all that worried about what anyone else is thinking.

Are you balancing your calories? If you try to spread them out over the whole day and make sure you're getting plenty of fruit and veggies as well as a couple of servings of dairy in there, it works better. Also watch your carb amount and make sure you're not eating too many. Going over on carbs or sodium cause this…

If you feel awful, you probably need more food. You should still be able to lose your 2 pounds a week if you follow the guidelines. If you don't you can always decrease your calories again. Eat your target calories daily and see how you feel. If you can lose your 2 pounds a week while eating more calories, why not do that?…

I think MFP makes it easy. It tells you how much to eat based on your activity. It may be hard to resist certain treats but yeah it's a choice. I admit, I've been up and down with this weight loss thing but it's so much easier to lose 5 pounds than 30 pounds. So, once I hit my goal, I know I'm not done. I still have to eat…
-
Yeah it's water. It's impossible to come up with a deficit like that in one day. :)
-
I notice that my weight stays the same if I eat any carbs in the 3 hours before bed. If I'm hungry right before bed, I eat some protein and I can still lose. I think everyone is different though.
-
Eat more. I know it sounds crazy but I have to eat more calories on days I exercise or my weight stays the same.
-
It's normal to lose pretty fast right after a baby. I dropped about 30 pounds within a few weeks of having my youngest. I retained an awful lot of water with that pregnancy. I'm sure it will slow down. Just make sure you're eating enough.

I stayed in my calorie goals yesterday and did an hour of Zumba last night. The water weight I've gained from stopping smoking seems to be slowly going away. I made it through a day of work with a cheerful mood. I didn't beat my husband last night when he started talking about how bad he wanted a cigarette. :)
-
I've noticed that too. The most I ever burn in a day is around 600 and that's with nearly an hour and a half of exercise. I have to take a nap after that. I always wondered about the people burning 1000 calories every day and it made me feel so sluggish. :)

Swimming and water aerobics are great!

Love it!
