Hello, I'am 61years young, completed the C25K and have continued to either run 30 minutes or walk a fast pace of 3.5 for 60 minutes every day. For each their own, but I love the Jillian Michaels kettle bell DVD. I could hardly to the DVD with no weights when I started now I use a 7 lb and a 10 lb weight.....so her DVD works for me!! I have lost inches and gained muscle and toned my body. You have to start somewhere right!

61 here! I do Jilian Micheals shred it with weights 5 to 6 times a week. I also started the C25K 7 weeks ago and love it, I now run 25 minutes and walk 60 minutes 5 to 6 days a week. When the weather is good I will also kayak for 45 minutes 4 times a week and play golf. Just be active and do it.

Try the C25K walking/running app. Works great for me! Can hardy wait for the next week to begin!

I do her DVD 30 day shred 3 to 4 days a week! It is awesome, I am getting stronger but not shredding the lbs.
