I have made these and it is a quick fix for pizza. I have also used Nann bread thinner than a pita.

For each their own, but I love the Jillian Michaels kettle bell DVD. I could hardly to the DVD with no weights when I started now I use a 7 lb and a 10 lb weight.....so her DVD works for me!! I have lost inches and gained muscle and toned my body. You have to start somewhere right!

61 here! I do Jilian Micheals shred it with weights 5 to 6 times a week. I also started the C25K 7 weeks ago and love it, I now run 25 minutes and walk 60 minutes 5 to 6 days a week. When the weather is good I will also kayak for 45 minutes 4 times a week and play golf. Just be active and do it.
