As long as your eating 1200 calories you are fine, I am like that everyday...just if you get hungry have a snack..no biggie:) listen to your body, you are fine:)

I understand where your coming from but honestly that is your job to make sure you eat right and eat enough. What may be bad to you may be okay to others. I can't tell people what to eat and what not too...were all different and different foods and exercise work for different people...

If you look at my profile pic ....I started at 280lbs The first picture I was about 234 The second I am about 220 I lost mine around the 225lb mark Just from doing a lot of running, circuit training(Jillian Michael's 30DS, instanty and you tube workout videos) about the improving your butt...lol...I have no idea:)
