The conventional wisdom is that you should always eat at least 1200 calories a day otherwise you run the risk of doing long term damage. I would suggest you pre-plan your day so that you add 100 calories more for each of your three main meals. That way you will always be very close to your daily target.

I'm 1.7m tall and started at 105kg in August 2013. Today I weighed in at 72.8kg. So 7.5months to lose 32kg. I try to drink plenty of water and always try to weigh food whenever possible.
