Eat less, move more! :tongue: That's the plan I'm on! I log everything I eat, and try to get some form of exercise daily. I need to add more strength training though, and am not sure how to fit that in. ETA: I've lost 22 pounds in 41 days. Crazy.

Yep, that's me! I'm sometimes surprised that my Nike Sensor shows my speed increasing from walking at all, LOL! Very cool that we have 5k's on the same day! I'll be thinking of you as I approach the 40 min mark and am crossing the finish line!! :bigsmile:

Have you looked into the Nike+ Sensor? It's quite affordable, and attaches to your shoe and uses an ipod/iphone. lizz - oh yay! That makes me happy! I wanted to get the new one, LOL! Dave - I don't use the Nike shoes either, I have Asics, but you can buy little pouches for 5ish dollars that attach the sensor to your laces! And you can definitely use it for walking also! I'm on Week 3 of C25K so I still do more walking than running!!

Thanks Tina! I always seem to forget to look for hand weights when I am out, LOL! I came across the FIRM dvd's and may give them a shot! I think first though, I am going to try and get more dedicated to doing the Shred, I've never kept it up for very long!!
