I prefer working out at home...but that could be because there is no way I could ever go to a gym.

I have a low RHR. At 260lbs, 7 months pregnant, in an ambulance on the way to the hospital because I was in pre-term labor, my HR was 58. Since I've been getting fitter, my RHR is 48. So it is possible that it is not a problem, but since you have a family history of cardiac issues, a visit to the doctor would be advisable.

How awesome! Congratulations to everyone!

This is my second time back. I lost 70lbs in 8 months the first time. I was about 15lbs from goal. Then I suffered an emotionally devastating event, got a sedentary desk job, and over the period of two years, I gained back all but 11lbs of my original loss. I'm 18lbs down now out of an 80lb goal. The biggest lesson I've…

Some women don't understand because it doesn't impact them the same. I was one of those women. Never had cramps, bloating, cravings, headaches...nada. Had a period and that was it. Then I had a kid and a miscarriage. Now I get the chocolate and carb cravings. I bloat and once every 3-4 cycles, I get cramps that feel like…

You don't have to. You probably should. Some days I don't, some days I do. Never all of them, but anywhere between 20% and 50% depending on a lot of things.

Keep going! I have fallen absolutely in love with CIZE, and it's results! I have lost 18 lbs in 5 weeks. It truly is a great program.

Thank you! Congratulations everyone! Good luck to everyone continuing on in May!

Of course it makes sense. I did mention twice that the OP was right. I was just pointing out that there are rare circumstances that make eating healthy financially difficult. I'm fortunate now that I can drive the nearly 100 miles it takes to get to a Kroger or Walmart. I usually go twice a month and just fill in milk and…

Fast food is cheaper, but we don't have much of that out here either. We got a Subway a couple weeks ago. Beyond that, there are a few fast food places in the next town over. It is very sad. And yes, I'm American

You are absolutely right...to an extent. Living a very rural area, if I were to do all my shopping here, eating healthy isn't affordable. Greek yogurt, nearly $4 for 8 ounces, for example. Produce is also very expensive. And by the time it is shipped here, it only lasts 3-4 days before it starts to go bad. I'm fortunate…

I'm in week 5. I LOVE IT. I've lost 17lbs so far. I'm slightly obsessed lol. There is a CIZE group on here, it isn't super active though.

I keep mine private. I don't use a food scale, and in the past when I'd ask a question, I'd immediately get crucified for my "inaccurate logging". I lost 70lbs using MFP without a food scale, I'm fairly sure I can do it again. Of course if I encounter an issue, I'd look into getting one.

I am sedentary and set to 1200 per day. I am 5'7" and weigh 217. My Fitbit gives me an additional 600-1000 calories per day based on steps taken and my workouts. I aim to keep my calories eaten between 1500 and 1600 no matter how many calories I "earn". That way I am technically eating back some of my exercise calories,…

Thank you so much!!!

If I'm correct with my logging and get in some exercise, I lose at least a few ounces every day. That's how it was when I lost before, and that's how it is this time too. I'm kinder to myself this time around, allowing for a few special occasion meals, so I've seen a few increases here and there. But the first time the…

The gorgeous wardrobe I bought when I lost the weight before. I WILL wear it again!

I know I isn't a reflection of my true weight. As I said, I asked because I was curious about the experiences of others. I weigh daily and use a weight tracking site to monitor fluctuations and see my overall weight "trend" is moving downward.
-
As I stated, I'm aware of that, I just wanted to see what was average for most people.
-
Thanks for your replies! I was just curious to see what others had experienced

Congratulations on your loss so far! I agree with the above posters, the best idea is to find something you will enjoy. Like dancing? Try something like Zumba, CIZE, HipHopAbs, etc. Want to lift? There are some great options mentioned above. You are more likely to stick to something you actually enjoy.

Hey! I'm currently doing CIZE. In 3 weeks I have lost 13 pounds and loads of inches. Best of all, I am having an absolute blast doing it. I pick it up fairly well, but I am doing it with a friend who struggles a bit to learn, but she is still having great results as well. Might be worth trying out.

I'm being super brave here, but these are my 3 week results from CIZE. 13 lbs and I'm seeing a few inches lost.
