I have been a MFP user for a few years. Slipped during Covid and have gained 20 lbs. Decided to get back to taking care of me. Gave myself the gift of a Premium subscription and a Withings scale. I have paired these tools with my Apple Watch. I am 74 years old and very active. Happy to be focusing on my newfound journey.

Hello, I am in the same boat. 5’1 and have 10 lbs to lose. MFP sets my calories at 1200. I workout and add my fitness calories. If not, I am hungry at night. My problem is the evenings when I relax. LI have to be more diligent with tracking.

Sorted logging again this morning. Due to the stress in my life, have gained 10 pounds since the beginning of summer. Need to take control and not let the stress guide me. I have been looking for a quick fix through the current fad diets. Simple logging and exercise will help me control my choices.

I eat an apple with a square of Swiss Delice Dark Chocolate and 1 tbsp of Almond butter. Stops all my cravings for chocolate and I am satisfied.
