breakfast: apple, slim 6 kefir, light english muffin with peanut butter lunch: cliff builder bar, skim milk with whey protein dinner: chicken with veggie or salad snack: yogurt or fiber one Then I don't eat after 7pm.

Not eating after 7pm has helped me lose 5lbs in the last 2 weeks. I guess I didn't realize how a few snacks add up. I do feel hungry at times but the weight in day is my reward.:wink:

Just wondering how you guys curb night time cravings(eating after 7pm). I work long hours 9am-7pm. I have to eat lunch and dinner at work with very little time to do so. I usually get most of my calories before returning home, but then I usually have a snack that puts me over my calories because I am hungry. Any…

Try some weight training too. Sometimes this can be a slow process....I know.

thomas light english muffin 100 calories and 9 grams of fiber!! I love these with a bit of organic peanut butter and fresh fruit. Also fiber one yogurt is great for breakfast.

I have been working out daily. I usually do 1/2 hour to 40 minutes on the stair climber daily and split up my weights between 4 days a week. Initially I lost 6 pounds since May 1st but am not seeing any results on the scale the last 3 weeks. I am eating my calories as I should and mostly eat VERY healthy foods. What gives?

Now is the time to do something good for yourself. Eating right and exercising can only make a tough situation more manageable. Depression is a very difficult thing to overcome, but exercise has proven to help. I wish you the best in getting your motivation going.

It's ok to have ONE "bad" meal a week. Don't go crazy, but enjoy your day!

Yes, lost 3 this week. Eating a lot more fruits and veggies, having 4 small meals and not eating after 7 pm. It takes time.
