Half marathon
Thinking of doing the chicago half marathon in sep. I only run about 3-5 miles 5 times a week. Not sure I am ready. Any advice? Anyone ever done one?

black beans
I have yummy vegetarian recipe: Saute with olive oil: I can black beans, onions, 2 cloves fresh garlic, and 1-2 hot peppers. Add fresh tomato prior to serving over rice or quinoa. It is super easy and really tasty.

working out and not losing?!?!
I have been working out daily. I usually do 1/2 hour to 40 minutes on the stair climber daily and split up my weights between 4 days a week. Initially I lost 6 pounds since May 1st but am not seeing any results on the scale the last 3 weeks. I am eating my calories as I should and mostly eat VERY healthy foods. What gives?
