Just wondering how you guys curb night time cravings(eating after 7pm). I work long hours 9am-7pm. I have to eat lunch and dinner at work with very little time to do so. I usually get most of my calories before returning home, but then I usually have a snack that puts me over my calories because I am hungry. Any suggestions so I am not so hungry when I get home from work?

I eat a frosted strawberry poptart every night between 9p-10p.

I budget calories for it. 200 of 'em. It takes some leverage, but for me, it's worth it. I usually log my food as I eat it, or right before I eat it, but that pop tart gets logged every morning when I eat breakfast so I can take it out of my daily calorie allotment right off the bat.

Speaking of which, I came here a half hour to log breakfast but still haven't gotten around to it yet.... I get sucked into the boards every time!
