Is a huge butt a bad thing? I like having a big bum... except when I try to shop for trousers/jeans :) Regardless of that, your butt is anything but huge.

I was absolutely hooked on cheese... which contributed a lot to my weight gain, I think. I was put on some antibiotics a couple of months ago though and for some reason they seemed to change the taste of some foods, including cheese. It just didn't taste nice any more, just a bit... weird. So I stopped eating cheeses like…

I've never had cheese dip... or queso... and I'm totally going to book a flight to the states just to try out the awesome food everyone here keeps talking about :D

I just stretch a lot, and I take a magnesium supplement which seems to help a bit as well. Oh and I heard a hot bath can help, too.

Wot? How's that possible (considering a B cup is quite a lot smaller than a D in general...) ? All this bra stuff is witch craft.

I guess it depends. If I want to read or cook in my house I usually turn the lights on when it's dark outside. When I want to sleep, I turn them off. I like them dimmed when I'm watching a movie, not completely off. Is that what you wanted to know?

Can't stop laughing at this:

So many sad lost boob stories here  BUT: if guys can get boobies like these through chest exercises, we should be able to do the same, right? RIGHT?? Edit: not sure I want nipples that point vertically downwards though...

Alrighty then: 01/09: 2.7 miles (walking) 07/09: 2.3 miles (running + walking) 08/09: 3.1 miles (running + walking) 13/09: 3.6 miles (running + walking) Total: 11.7 miles. Goal: 30 miles Looks doable! Thanks again to darkrider "Awsome Dave" 42 for the nudge :D

Yep I get caffeine withdrawal headaches as well when I've had loads for a while, but they don't last more than a few days. I was more referring to the fact that people claim they can't function without coffee which in my opinion is habit more than anything else and wears off after a short time.

I never thought I was sensitive to bread (although white bread would always give me a pretty bad heartburn...since I was in my teens really) but I cut down on my bread consumption since watching what I eat and had a single white roll the other day - half an hour later I could feel getting bloated like a balloon, not had…

He that's funny, I've got a thing with cooked carrots as well. I'll eat them, but I much prefer them raw (or roasted). But boiled carrots are just... meh.

I'm a vegetarian but apart from that I eat pretty much anything - with one exception: F*** kale.

High five o/\o

Maybe try and reduce the number of times you hit the coffee shop - go every other day, then just twice a week, then just once a week as a treat. Put the saved money in a piggy bank (2 pounds a day perhaps for every day you don't buy a coffee) and then go and buy something fun for yourself! The whole "I need caffeine" thing…

Cheese (specifically full fat hard cheeses like Cheddar). I was totally hooked on the stuff. Then I had to take antibiotics and somehow they made cheese taste really strange, so I didn't eat it for a few days and decided to take the opportunity and ditch it completely. Been off for a few weeks now (except for a few slices…

You guys all know http://thisiswhyyourefat.com/ right? Right??

I nearly choked on my water.

I'm 5'6" too and aiming for 127(ish). The lowest I've been was 132lbs a few years ago, that was without really trying - just had a very active lifestyle and walked/cycled everywhere and went out loads in the evening instead of sitting at home eating! I looked good and felt great, but still had a bit of fat around my belly…

I just found this the other day - MUST TRY! Lightened Up Tahini-Lemon Dressing Yield: Just under 1 cup of dressing Ingredients: 1/4 cup Tahini 2 garlic cloves 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons) 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast or a bit more, to taste 2-4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, to taste 1 tsp kosher salt + freshly…

Hm I try to do it the other way round and eat plenty for lunch (not so much for breakfast, no time/too lazy). That's because I usually work until quite late (7pm...) and I need the energy in the daytime when I'm active and not so much at night :D

Regardless of the breed I strongly urge you to go to a shelter and adopt a rescue dog. Animal shelters are overflowing everywhere and you could give a dog there a happy life...

What do you guys think how (in)accurate body fat scales are? I.e. is it just a couple of % up and down, or do you think they're totally off? I'm considering getting one since I have no idea what my body fat % is (estimate: high :D) and I'm not at a gym or anything where I could measure regularly. Do you think it's worth…

01/09: 2.7 miles (walking) 07/09: 2.3 miles (running + walking) 08/09: 3.1 miles (running + walking) Total: 8.1 miles. Goal: 30 miles Ta-daaah! :) (Another thumbs up to Dave/darkrider42 for reminding me of the challenge...)

That's a good point actually, I used to eat really big meals, or have a small portion but then have seconds. It's difficult to describe the size, but it would be a fairly large plate or bowl full of food - and with some foods (mac and cheese OMG) I'd eat half an oven dish quite easily, when my bf had long given up. I've…
