Ok, so this is something that I also forgot to mention... I also did some strength training - heavy lifting for 20 minutes from one exercise tthe next with a minimal break - the HRM said that I burnt 15 calories!......again......WTF!!! And with the treadmaster - I ALWAYS work up the biggest sweat!

Never heard of tabata! That's something to look in to.... thanks :) As for yoga, I've tried many different classes ans styles and I don't find i challenging enough....I like to sweat hard!

Very well said and I completely agree with you on the many issues you introduced as a result of drinking cows milk. It's unfortunate that 'tradition' gets in the way of good science....it's so seldom this even happens anymore. Not sure if this was mentioned.....my mom uses wasabe in hers and she LOVES it! It's about 5 cal for each tsp. Hope that helps :)

I'm not sure if you have them where you are but at agrocery store called safeway they have pitas there with the brand name Eating Right that are very low sodium!! Carbs arenottoo bad either and there is 6 to a package for about $4. Not sure if that helps....if not I hope you can find something at your local health food…
