I cut my pork chops into bite size chunks, then cook them in bbq sauce and honey. Simple and delicious! Serve over potatoes, noodles or rice with a side of veggies.

I think the first few weeks of a change in eating and exercising can make the weight fall off quick. I wouldn't worry about such a large loss at first. Continually losing that much each week may be more worrysome, as it isn't healthy to loose that much that fast for a long period of time. Congrats on the great jump start!

You look amazing!! Congrats and good work!

I log it as circuit training for 20 minutes. Without a heart rate monitor it is difficult to tell exactly how much you burn.

I love it! Going to complete day 5 today. Defiantly felt it the first few days, could barely walk, but now it feels great!!!

I started on Sunday. Just finished day 3 of level one today. Add me as a friend if you want more support!

Thanks to the motivation from you guys on this site. I just finished day 3! I agree that the muscle aches do feel better after, but I'm sure I'll be hurting at work tonight. Haven't really seen a difference yet, except for the fact the workout seems shorter each time. Must be building up some endurance.

I've notice a bit difference just by changing the type of bread I eat from the regular white or wheat to Sara Lee 45 calorie white or wheat. I can now have 2 slices for less calories than 1 slice of normal bread and it still tastes just as delicious!! And like the rest of you I was shell shocked by the amount of calories…

Big change! You look awesome! Whatever you are doing is working wonders. KEEP IT UP!

Every morning before I get in the shower. It is a bit of an addiction, and I know fluctuations are normal, but I find it helps keep me accountable. If I see the scale start to creep back up, I know I need to work harder that day.

I ordered it just last week. Still waiting for it to come in the mail. I've heard good things. I guess we'll find out together if it works for us! Hoping to start on Monday if it comes!

Thanks all!! I just needed a good kick in the butt from you guys to help me get up and going again. Took my pup for a 40 minute walk and then some grocery shopping to find something healthy. Thinking about trying Jillian Michael's 30 day shred for a change in workout. Any suggestions/comments about this workout?

Thanks all!!!!!! Makes me feel better knowing it is just water in my muscles, and that everyone goes through the same thing.

From a nurse's perspective it is far from an easy way out. Any kind of weight loss surgery is very hard on the body, and has stressful strict rules for dos and donts after the surgery. It is helpful to some people, but causes more difficulties for others. Keep following the doctor's instructions and a great healthy diet.…

I had a horrible weekend also for healthy eating. Had easter dinner with the family yesterday, and not only did I overeat at the meal, but I picked at food and candy before and after dinner. Today my fiancee and I grilled out and I ate 4 hotdogs, and a ton of potato chips. Tonight my stomach is feeling crappy, and I'm…

Have you gotten a physical from your doc? Maybe you have a thyroid disorder preventing your weight loss.

I have found myself in similar situations. I've been at this program for almost 2 months now and I find myself craving the junk foods much less, and when I do have a craving, I indulge, but don't overindulge. My fiancee still eats what he wants, and I eat a bite or two then pass up the junk for healthier things. Lifestyle…

For a sweet, but healthy treat, I blend frozen strawberries in my blender then add diet 7-up (you could use seltzer water or ginger ale or any other fizzy beverage). The cold will also feel good on those sore gums.

I have lost without doing too much for workouts and just adjusting my eating habits. My workouts include walking when it is nice out - maybe 2 days a week, and an occasional trip to the gym to use the elliptical - maybe once a week. I also have a friend who lost 60 pounds by watching her food choices only. She never once…

Make an appointment with you physician. Have your thyroid tested, and an overall physical. Maybe there is something physically wrong that is keeping your weight loss at bay. DON'T GIVE UP!!!

Awful comment from your husband! You prove him wrong!!!

Spoonfuls of peanut butter!!

When you go home, pack leftovers that you can easily take back to school and eat in your room. That will probably only last you about a week. But would give you more variety. Baked potatoes can also be made easily in the microwave. Steam Fresh veggies (the kind that do not have sauce on them) are also microwavable and…

I have the same trouble. I've found eating soup helps because it fills me up and the calories are not outrageous. You can also do all different types of soup to help from getting bored. I've also found that veggies are quite low in calories, but my problem is I hate veggies! I add the zero calorie spray butter and just a…

v8 splash. Gives you fruit servings and tastes great!

I work every day until 11pm, and have a 40 minute drive home. Often I do not get a supper break at work, so that leaves me with all my supper calories to eat at midnight. Thus far, (i've only been on this weight loss program one week) I've still lost. My biggest challenge is to not just mindlessly eat at this hour because…

I'm a nurse and work frequently with orthopedic patients. Knee and hip replacements are our specialty. I don't know where you live but if its in or near Wisconsin look up Dr Lawrence. He is amazing and would never put you through an awful doctor's visit like the one you experienced. Another suggestion is to look at biking…
